Well made and packaged. Our 5 year old loves it and it seems pretty sturdy even though it is one of the lowest priced beds of this sort. Be aware if you get a thick mattress you may want to add a taller rail for it. With the mattress we chose there was only a couple inches of rail above it so I bought a tall bed rail on and put that in behind the existing one. It was inexpensive and worth the peace of mind knowing our little guy (probably) wont fall out. Assembly was easy but half of the hex sockets stripped with the provided allen wrench when tightened up well but not excessively. Not a huge problem now but when I have to disassemble and reassemble it may complicate things (perhaps require new hardware ).
