I am updating my review, after posting it a couple of weeks later I was contacted by tech support, explained the problem and sent a picture of the screw that came off, they did send me a link for a youtube video on how to put it back, fortunately the screw was not critical for the treadmill function.
I have purchased for me, I weight about 152 lbs, I have used it 8 times, 45 minutes each time, on the eight time Ive heard a noise and a screw dropped on the floor, about 2.5 inches long it seems it came out forced because the threads at the end are kind of worn, I have looked on the web for tech support to see if I can get help to fix it myself, there is nothing on the web about the company that makes it, no support at all. There goes $ 400.00 to the drain
