When we contacted Runow, they responded very professionally and resolved the problem.

One suggestion is, maybe can deliver the treadmill in two separate packages, because this treadmill in a single package is very heavy. Maybe thats why Fedex handled it too roughly, damaging the package. Many furniture companies deliver their furniture in multiple separate boxes. Just a suggestion.
