Love LOVE this bed! Super easy to put together. My 4yo son helped me and it still only took an hour. Its definitely more solid than I thought. Love the finish. Like others said you can smell the stain still but that isnt unusual. The package came all busted. I almost refused the package as I saw broken wood. I felt bad for my UPS driver trekking across my long icy driveway in the dark with such an enormous, heavy package so I didnt refuse it. Luckily it was just packing material. They had it packed so well it was scrap wood over styrofoam. Not a scratch on the bed despite the box being trashed. Also the 4 posts ARE numbered on the bottom. A reviewer said they werent. It was faint but there for sure. Very happy with . I ordered another brand bed from Wayfair the same day and it was definitely not as sturdy. Very pleased!
