The only negative experience is that they stealthily delivered it outside against the building without ringing the doorbell so I had to drag 60lbs of solid wood up 3 flights of stairs. Thanks a lot jerks.
At first I was nervous to attempt to put it together alone. I absolutely stink at putting things together, following instructions etc HOWEVER I was able to put everything together (correctly!) solo in about 45 min. Ideally there should be 2 people to help prop while the other screws in the bolt but it can be done alone if you get creative. So it would probably take the average person 20-30 minutes to put it together.
Ok so the bed.. I freaking love it!! Its looks nice, feels sturdy, fits my queen mattress perfectly! Most of its solid wood except for the slats, which is fine, especially for $179 bucks. Looks more expensive than what I paid. I would recommend for sure.
