Needs. So far so good, Ive read about the bands underneath wearing in so Im preparing myself for that and thinking about solutions for reinforcing the bands. I wasnt aware this is a left or right hand couch so the mirrored instructions at first were very confusing, once you realize which instructions you need it was very straight forward. I havent thought the cushions are too firm at all, in fact I think the cushions are wearing in just fine but I do prefer firmer mattresses/furniture. The couch connectors are a little bit flimsy/shifty the back of the couch isnt 100 solid when you lean into it, you can see how it slightly moves. But for the price/style/size the couch is perfect for me.
