I bought 2 sets of 4 and had to return one from each set because it was broken or didn't fully open. I then got a whole new set of 4 that were acceptable. The chairs are wobbly and some of them do not stay open if left out for some time (they start to close up on their own). I'm hoping they will eventually stay open when I use them again. I bought them for a holiday so they will stay in the package most of the year.
Shipping was really fast, I was impressed by that. 2 days for both my original order and the returns. I think they are ok for the money, but I wouldn't buy them again (I'd suggest a more expensive investment in the hopes that they are of better quality).
