The shipping was not fun, I was told it would arrive sat so I cleared my day to be home for it (since you have to be present at drop off) and it never arrived. Tracking updates were not updated.... it finally arrived the following Friday ( noon to 4 was the scheduled time, it arrived at 4:45, again wasted time waiting for delivery) it was very easy to put together. It was well packaged! I was worried about damage as the box was very damaged, the couch was perfect. It fits perfectly in my little area! Its pretty firm, yet comfortable. So far Im very satisfied with the couch over all
