Mine arrived stood on end on a broken pallet and a squished ottoman box, so I was nervous but all was ok inside. Assembly was extremely simple and took 20 minutes tops. The couch itself seems durable. It is a firm couch. If you are looking to sink in, this isnt for you. The cushions etc come out squished but straighten out after a day or so. So far it was a decent value. I paid $779 and its now a hundred dollars less. Id purchase again at the lower price if needed.
