To big boxes. The Fedex lady was nice and helped get the boxes in the door. It is not hard to assemble but you will need two people at times. Looks nice and is firm but not uncomfortable. Nice couch for the price. The extra parts are under 3 of the big pieces. study and arrived as pictured!
