This product arrived 4 days early. There was no tracking and the delivery man left it in my driveway and didnt bother to ring the doorbell. It arrived in good condition and had all the pieces inside as the other reviews stated. All parts were assembled in less than an hour. Its pretty, designed well and comfortable but firm. It is a true natural soft white. I love it! Better than the picture!
