Large enough for a FULL grown man, but with the adjustable handrail, can easily be used by a grade-schooler.
I had the top handrail that wasnt seating locked properly and after 2 emails, had a replacement part sent to me. Good customer service.
I give it 5 stars because of it seems to be heavy duty and easy to move around and handle.
The only improvement I can suggest is to go to the hardware store and get wingnuts for the handrail bolt system that attaches to the unit itself. Makes it easier to breakdown for storage.
