Ordered the queen size bed frame and discovered there was a defect on one of the legs when I built the bed. Instead of returning the bed (because returning such large objects is a hassle), I reached out to and they gave me an additional discount.
Other than the defect, this bed is very sturdy, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to assemble. I am very pleased with this purchase. Prior to ordering the bed, I was worried the headboard would be too short but it ended up being the perfect height to lean back on when sitting in bed.
