The look and feel of this chair are very nice. And, unfortunately, my long-haired cat loves it! As others have mentioned, the chair has a terrible chemical odor. From what Ive read, this is not uncommon for faux leather. I put my chair out on my covered porch for several hours and it helped quite a bit. I cannot give it a 5 star because of the odor.
