We bought 2 sets of this bar stools. First stool, took us 3 hours as we are following the manual. My husband is about to give up but we tried our best to figure it out ourselves. Then I called the customer service to ask for assistance and they gave me a link to connect to the suppliers. Before they even sent a reply, we were able to put up the 2 bar stools. Since all the legs are the same size we were able to put it up by screwiing the legs loosely and put the railings in so my husband is screwing the legs and the railings at the same time. By the way, the seat is 31 1/2 inches which is too high for a bar stool, 30 on the standard height.
Then comes the 2nd set, the box is banged up including the styrofoam. When we pulled the items, the legs are full of scrathes and the linen is quite dirty. It seemed the other set was returned and they put them back together. I called the customer service again and told them our experience. This time, we have a reply from the supplier to refund the set since theres no labels. Then, the customer decided to refund the other set and keep the other set and now we are looking to stain the scratches and clean the cloth. The customer service always find ways to make their customers happy and with that I keep on buying. Aside from reading reviews, our experience buying On Line has taught us to use our common sense. I used to buy from the other site and as a Club Member, I used to get a lot of freebies. However, I soon realized s prices are much lower and now we are Happy customers of
