Its hard to tell the true color of things online, and I was pleasantly surprised that these were the teal I was hoping for (hooray!). The color is a rich teal which is exactly what i was looking for. The velvet is very lush and has a luxury feel. The scale of the chairs is on the smaller size, but that was what i was looking for. I still find the chairs comfortable. Overall I am very happy with them, and they seem like a good value for the price.
