When we received our umbrella, there was a small hole in the fabric. I messaged customer service and was dealing with Anna. She was super nice and responded very quick to my messages. They sent us a whole new umbrella because they did not have just the fabric in the color that we wanted. Highly recommend for the customer service and the product. They whole umbrella is solid and sturdy and look great!
