Aming 10 foot square 2 tier umbrella with customer service
Had to contact customer service with a lot of questions before purchasing, used both email and chat options, and they were always responding within a very short time in not immediately. Answered ever question I had and was extremely helpful. Purchased their 10 foot square 2 tier umbrella along with their recommended base and could not be more impressed or happier. Would not hesitate to recommend or purchase both again, but judging from the quality of the umbrella I dont see it being replaced anytime soon.
Extremely easy to assemble and was able to do it alone. Filled the base with water only so it will be easy to disassemble and store away in the winter.
