When we got it, a few pieces were broken. We contacted their customer service and they were very prompt in sending in replacement parts. Its a beautiful bed. Quite sturdy. The planks of wood (supporting the mattress) from the top bunk are unfinished and unfortunately I got a wood splinter from it. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
