Nice bedframe, but shipped with incorrect legs, twice....
First let me say, we like this bed frame. It looks great and seems sturdy (after one week of use).
However, when we received it, it included incorrect legs. We contact customer support. They were very nice, but it took 10 days for the new legs to be received. Turns out, the new legs were not drilled correctly, so the frames side bars did not fit. Contacted customer service again, had yet another set of legs shipped. We finally were able to assemble the bed, 4 weeks after initially receiving it. Customer service techs were very nice, but it was a frustrating experience
