Easy to assemble it took me less than 30 minutes to put the whole thing together, Ive been using it for about 2weeks, we love it, its comfortable and sturdy.

Our daughter bed arrive 2 days earlier than the expected arrival date. The seller was very helpful and informative, she/he reply to all of our question and request. The bed look a lot prettier than in picture. Totally recommend this seller and bed/frame. AA+++
The product is easy to build. The instruction manual should probably update the finger pointing so that it doesnt look like a middle finger.
The parts assemble well. The only issues were some scratches and some brackets having been bent during delivery. The bends come mostly come out after tightening. But with everything tight the foot board sticks out in one corner.
The product over all is a good bunk bed and is very sturdy.
My only issue was that my package did not include Assembley instructions. Both and the internet did not have Assembley instructions for this specific product. I emailed the company after being unable to find them in any internet search. The response back was that they were sorry and would resend the specific part number. I just needed the assembly instructions.
I was able to find a similar product assembly instructions and winged it.
Luckily it worked just took longer than it should have.
Over all good product, however , the manufacturer, and distributor could have searchable instructions which would I would have given a better review.
We needed a smaller frame in our new home and liked this design. It took 2 of us a good hour to put it together but we had everything we needed in the box / only took needed is the Allen wrench that came with it. Its a heavy piece of furniture but not large. Our queen bed/in/a/box mattress just fits inside the frame and it looks great, and is a nice height. Love it!
Okay. So I was a little worried about buying this since the other reviews stated they needed to order an extra part. I definitely agree the manufacturer should make the middle I beams shorter so there is no confusion. However, it is possible to put this bed together well without needing customer service to send another part. This is how I did it:
Do not screw the perimeter platform screws in all of the way. I think these are G and H. Let them be loose. Then when everything is put together, you will be able to get G and H into the holes and tighten them. But if you put the bed together as the instructions say by tightening the I parts last, it wont work because the center part is too long when the side parts are screwed in all the way. I was able to put the bed together and thought maybe I would have to bend something but the bed went together perfectly (with a little muscle) and the end beams tightened up fine after I already put the center beam in. It doesnt need to be that confusing but it is and it is a relatively easy workaround and saved me having to call or do anything else. I had the bed put together by myself in less than an hour. And Ive been sleeping on it for 3 weeks now with no issues. It doesnt creak and it feels very sturdy. I did hit my leg on the end but I always do that on beds with footboards.

Nice looking sturdy affordable platform bed frame
