    Aming customer service

Aming customer service. Motor stopped working. Sent a new chair. Answered emails within a few hours. New parts arrived in 2 days. As far as the chair goes it is small. Im 58 and my feet hang over the footrest by 5 inches.

    Comfort and value

I was skeptical about buying a piece of furniture online. However, I went ahead and ordered this chair and Im so glad I did. The chair is so comfortable and I love the upholstery. It would fit in to any room of furniture. I love the two . If Im not using them for s, they are useful for phones, small ball of yarn, or anything small you want near you. My hand ordered a chair from another company the first of the year. It took almost 3 months to get it, and mine came in less than a week. He also paid 4 times what I did for this chair. I would certainly give two thumbs up here!

    Chair

I sat in it yesterday for the first time. My dad seems to like it. Its a little smaller than I thought it would be but overall it seems very nice.

    Great for short term recovery

Ive spent most of the last six weeks in this chair. Im recovering from double knee surgery, and I couldnt go upstairs, where my bed is. We dont have any bedrooms on the main floor, nor room for a bed, so I decided to get a recliner that I could both sit and sleep in. The power has really helped when it is time to get up, as I didnt have to use my knees to stand. I was nearly standing already, but still able to keep my weight on the chair, as I transferred to the wheelchair. For this price, I hoped it would simply make it through the six weeks of recovery. It has, and is still working great. As for comfort, I have been pretty happy with that, as well. I sleep just fine with it reclined fully. I do use a few pillows, though, to make up for a few flaws. One in the lumbar area: when fully reclined, there is a gap between the base and the back. Putting a pillow there filled that and provided support. Also, the foot rest doesnt have enough padding at the end (bottom), and my heels were resting on the edge of a piece of wood. Again, a pillow fixed it. Ive only used the massage and heat a few times. Massage works well, but I have never really felt the heat, so I wouldnt count on that. In summary, while I cant speak to the truly long term quality, I can say that it has held up to constant use for six weeks so far, with no signs of wearing out, and the power has been utilized many, many times each day. For the price, it is totally worth it. Updated to add: By about 4 months of use (not constant after the first 6 weeks) the back came loose from the base. We have taken it apart several times and tried to find the cause so that we can fix it. No luck. The right side has also pulled away, making it a bit uncomfortable, but not the end of the world. I do wish we knew what to do to fix the back, because it just wont sit upright. All the power features are still doing okay. I guess you get what you pay for.
