When I received the chair, the material was torn. Most likely from poor packaging. I notified the company, but they were unable to replace the seat. They did give a partial refund to account for the damage.
Once the chair was assembled, I realized the metal base that is attached to the seat is not level. So when sitting in the chair, its tilted to the right.
So, this chair came, originally with a malfunction in the cylinder. It would not stay up. So, I called customer support, they answered almost immediately and sent a full chair replacement within a few days. New one works just fine. Putting it together was okay, a little difficult because the holes for the arm rests and back rest are hidden behind the , but overall. Im content.
Very comfortable chair. My only issue is that one wheel will not stay clicked into any of the legs so every time I lift the chair, the wheel falls off.
This chair is very wide and , so sitting cross/legged is the most comfortable position. It helps me sit up straight and with how my monitors are positioned (at eye level), I have the perfect setup for working 12/15 hour day without any pain or soreness.
This chair is super cute and comfortable. I use it in my craft room, so the adjustable height is great.
However, the wheels are terrible! It doesnt roll at all, it just scoots. May as well not be on wheels at all.

Sturdy, holds my bigtall husband just fine. Not a huge fan of the , theres a few places where the stitching is not well done.
