Leg was damaged and the company shipped replacement part very quickly with no hassle. The attachment holes on the chair are not even so one leg is shorter than the others when attached.which makes the chair wobbly. We decided to use it where there is carpet and not on hardwood so that helped to keep it more stable. Its also low but it looks good. Im giving it 4 stars because Im f the great customer service.
Very happy with this. I was skeptical, my slipper chair, while its comfortable it was ugly and the was worn. It has a loud that I thought a would never be able to hide. Wrong! This his the ugly pattern AND added an unexpected glamour. Now I am back for some wood touch up paint Momma just got a new chair for under 25! Love this!! Maybe I will buy a few more just to change it up when I want!
