I bought this chair as a replacement for a Wayfair chair I bought that ended up not being velvet. This chair is LOVELY!! its very soft to the touch. Its not an extremely deep chair and the cushion is a bit firm, but its perfect for my needs and decor!
We ordered two loveseats in the teal color, and they look exactly as pictured in the description. They were super easy to put together and we love them. We have had several people say they are the most comfortable loveseats theyve sat on because they are the perfect balance of being firm and yet comfy. I would recommend these to everyone.
I wasnt really sure after we assembled it if it was indeed what we wanted. It seemed flimsy but after using it for almost two months, I was convinced that its sturdy enough to buy a second one. However, its currently unavailable but I cannot find a way to determine if, and if so, when, it might be available again. Theres also no way of contacting the brand, , directly to find out. The only response that customer services could offer was for me to check back often to find out when it becomes available. That was a less than satisfying response!
I purchased this for the price and convenience to have it shipped to my photography studio. I wanted new furniture for my client meeting area and I just loved the color choices. I went with the aqua and its beautiful. These are firm couches--not super squishy, comfy ones--which is what I wanted. I got a chair too and they were both super easy to assemble. Overall I just absolutely love my purchases.
Ive had the couches for almost 6 months now and it it great. Love the flexibility of it and Ive already rearranged them multiple times. I am 59 and can sit on them comfortably.
The customer service is amazing and they are very responsive and kind. I had two items with defects and they replaced it free of charge after I sent over some pictures.
