All in all Im pleased with this chair. The lumbar support is nice features to have and I wanted a back instead of PU leather that can be too warm in the summer. The seat cushion is thick. The armrests can be up and down but additional padding would make them more comfortable. It rolls pretty well and not very noisy. Took about 10 minutes to assemble with help from the detailed instruction booklet. Everything was included and good. Time will tell how well it holds up but so far so good.
First of all, my new chair was easy to install, I liked it came with spare bolts. Pretty material, better than the leather chair I am replacing with. My old chair started to show signs of peeling in its first year of usage. The material and strength of this new chair sure better than my old leather one. The arm rest can be raised up if needed is another one of my favorite.
It was really easy to assemble. The back support is really aming and being able to adjust it was really great. The color also matches well with my table. Overall, it is a good chair. Would recommend buying it.
My wife has cronic back problems. After reading the product description on this chair we decided to take a chance and give it a try. From assembling the chair to the way it fits under the desk in our home its a natural. More importantly my wife is very comfortable sitting in this chair. She feels comfortable sitting in it and the back support it provides for her is great. Even after sitting in the chair for long periods of time she is comfortable. She really likes it. From day one we have had no complaints. I weigh just over 210 lbs and when I sit in it I can feel the full support of the chair. Thinking about getting a second chair for my wifes sewing room. You will get your monies worth on this purchase. Highly recommend.
There is really nothing to dislike. The chair is exactly how I wanted it. It is comfortable, not too large,

Great item! Took longer to unpack than to put it together. No tools required! Looks like a gray blue to me but the color is perfect.

Squeaky, not very comfortable
