I bought this chair in August 2020, and now its May 2022, so Ive had enough time with this chair to know it is reliable and pretty durable. I spend a LOT of time in this chair, since I work mostly from home, and it is very comfortable and helps me maintain good posture. I like that it has several adjustments to fit my desk height and personal needs. It is still in excellent shape -- no peeling, no cracking, no sagging, no cushions wearing out, etc. I just encountered the first minor issue Ive ever had with it: one side of one of the casters just popped off and wont stay on. Pretty much every chair in this price range is going to have the same cheap casters, though, and theyre easy to replace, so I decided to take the opportunity to upgrade to some nice rollerblade-style casters. So maybe Id knock half a star off for the wheel... but really, an easily replaceable (and upgradeable) part failing after about 21 months of continuous use isnt too bad. Overall its a great chair for the price, so Ill give it 5 stars. loveeee it!
Searched far and wide for a desk chair and landed on this one. Love it so far going on a month of use. Great lumbar support and adjustable features. Nice leather material. Bonus that the arms flip up to slide is nicely under my desk. Highly recommend! i like it
Comfortable chair. Seats is not as cushioned as I would have hoped but still comfortable. I like that you can adjust the tension and lean back in the chair. good item

The chair is good quality and it was easy to put together. I like the fold-up arms. The seat feels like it leans a bit forward though, like theres a hump in the middle of the seat. It also makes a lot of squeaks and creaks when you move around. Overall, its a decent chair for the price. nice purchase!

Too small, doesnt lean back easily.
Its comfortable and well built, but its weirdly small. Small seat, low back. And im not a big guy. It just feels totally off.
