I bought this for its looks and priceand I took a leap of faith in buying it based on some of the reviews.
The product arrived promptly with no damage to the box. Instructions were simple, easy to follow and had all the tools you need / I would advise a hammer if you have one handy.
NOTE: Putting it together was pretty simple until I got to the slats. As other advice, Id put in all the other slats before attaching the center ones Initially, I thought the center slats were the WRONG size, but it helps tighten the rest of the slats. As long as you can get the screws to thread on there slightly on one side, move to the other side and try to get a few threads of the screws on there before you go HAM on tightening them all.
Ive only tested it for a few nights. No squeaks. If I had one qualm, the bed does shift around if youre leaning over and reaching for something, howeverfor the price I paid, I can deal with this. I think they tried to compensate this by putting adhesive on 5 of the 10 slats that should attach to the bed but I left the adhesives covered to not ruin the mattress.
its totally worth the every penny I spent on it. Its the really easy to assemble. Literally took 10 min. And I get to put a lot of things under it Would recommend!
I would have given this 5 stars on everything but the bed came 3 days late, the box was beat up and ripped, the bolts were in a ziplock baggy 4 were missing but the worst part of all: THE FRAME WAS BENT and made putting the slats into the bed frame literally impossible. I had to find my own bolts and remove the rubber padding to get the slats to fit. Maybe some better shipping wouldve prevented this from happening? I dont know. But overall, it seems like a sturdy bed now that I found my own bolts to tighten it up. Easy to assemble (If it came with enough bolts).
Super easy to assemble/ my 10 yr old daughter was able to put this together with adult supervision. Plenty of height under the bed for storage. The bed appears to be very sturdy too!
The bed was really easy to assemble, I didnt even need two people. I was able to assemble it myself in about 30 mins. And its very sturdy and am happy with my purchase! Also plenty of room for storage space under the bed.
I ordered this because it had a lot of good reviews. And the easy assembly was one of the main factors. Although it was easy to assemble, I had to modify it. One of the two center support bars was longer than the other so I had to take out one of the rubber inserts so it would fit into the slot. The same happened with one of the other bars as well. Even though it worked out in the end, I was still disappointed that some of the parts were defective.

To be honest, its very sturdy, however it took me more than half hours to set it up,i would suggest the traditional version over this

Defective. Support bars were not the same size
