The only thing that would be better is it had a separate On/Off switch so that we don’t have to set the mode switch each time from the rotary switch. Otherwise it’s great and quiet.
Although my husband’s watch was not one that this product worked for, the company’s desire to have satisfied customers is rare. They made suggestions, then issued a refund without me requesting it. I’m very impressed and pleased.
This doesn’t work. I received it and at first thought it was working but then realized after a few days it was dead! The watch was just finishing its battery power left. They sent me a replacement (after they said they would refund and took that offer back when I accepted) and the replacement doesn’t work either. THIS PRODUCT DOESNT WORK. It isn’t a defective item, the product itself is crap. It’s also really noisy. Kept me up at night.
