I needed a watch winder and this was reasonably priced. It’s a very nice looking high quality box that is almost silent. Nice display piece. My problem is that the spinning wasn’t consistent and my watch didn’t stay on time over a period of months. I think this is sufficient for short term use but it didn’t work consistently on a long time basis.
Bought this for for my wifes mechanical watch and it performs just as good as the more expensive winders. I was concerned that its function may not be compatible with her Rolex but, as it turns out, its a good fit. Had a problem upon delivery, though. The package did not include the a/c adaptor but once I notified the seller, they promptly took care of their omission. Works as touted.
I bought to replace an older watch winder which was so loud I had to keep it in another room. This one works on a Rolex, keeps it wound and is quiet enough to keep on my dresser, but it is not completely silent for any super light sleepers. So I am pleased. The finish is a little cheap looking but not a bad value overall.
Looking very good, but constantly squeaking when moves. No way to sleep with it in the same room, even outside the bedroom...unless you use ear plugs.
If I knew this upfront, I would never spent so much money for it, and they rated this model as 1
