The bed feels a little shaky, but I guess what could I expect for the price range? One thing I really dislike is that the hardware has silver and it really stands out; if they couldnt provide gold hardware a bronze color would look so much better. The bed is for our 3 year old so it should do for now, but Im contemplating returning it because of the flimsy feeling and the hardware color.
Looks exactly like the picture. Which was nice. I just dont like how easily it dents and how there is nothing that secures the post from being pulled out.
Many of the parts arrived defective, so they sent a replacement which also contained defective parts that had to be forced together. SO frustrating to put together so much of it and stumble upon a part or two that does not fit properly.
Customer service promptly resolved the issue.
