Well built.I love it so much. Its so cute. Packaged nice and easy to put together. Im a single woman and was able to bring it inside and put it together myself. It gets dirty quickly but is easy to clean. Everyone always says how cute it is when they come over. Also very easy to put into a futon.
Value.Very cute couch! Looks very luxury and the material is very nice and soft. Its not a soft couch but with enough pillows it is surprisingly comfy. I love the fact that it folds down, its perfect for lounging and watching tv. I recommend to get a lot of soft pillows. The only weird thing is that it has a slightly weird new couch smell. Otherwise no complaints.
Easy to assemble and very pretty. 3 full size adults can sit comfortably. It is firm and a bit small for 2 adults to sleep on. But, great to have the extra bed when needed.
The only issue we had was with delivery. It was a gift for our daughter and she lives in a remote area outside of Denver. We kept getting messages the company, Halo was attempting to deliver and she took off work twice to wait and it did not show up. They did not even try, nor could you get through to the company on the phone, through chat or email. We contacted and they patched us through instantly and we made arrangements to rent a uhaul and pick it up ourselves. We called to let them know we were on our way, and while we were in route another lady called us back and said we should not be contacting them directly and it was not her job to pull our order. We hung up and drove nearly 90 min, showed up, waited patiently and told them we would be contacting and they can deal directly with them, and we did get our order. It arrives in a sizeable box that is heavy but it probably would have fit in my full size suv.
It was worth all the hassle, but definitely involve and definitely write down the names numbers and address of everyone you speak to. If you are in an urban area I do not think you would have this issue.
Easy to put together, the couch is very firm at first. Ive been using it for about 3 weeks and it is finally starting to soften up. I love the reclining backs and I love to use this as a futon. My main complaint is the color. The color on suggests a darker blue almost navy. The couch I received looks much brighter, more of a baby blue. I have to paint my living room because the color is off now. But overall Im happy with it considering the price point
I dont know that I would like it for a primary sitting couch as its pretty firm but its good for short periods of time and I wanted something that didnt take up a lot of visual space to keep the airy feeling in the room. My 9 year old daughter assembled it with minimal help from my boyfriend (just to tighten some of the screws) so I would rate it as easy to assemble. It does collect pet hair like cry but thats to be expected when you have 3 animals and a velvet couch, so far Ive been able to lint roll it pretty easily to get it clean.
Its really nice very strong. The value for money is really great , as I have tried saw a lot of sofas before this one , Most of other sofas either pricey or very low quality. But this one combines between both high quality.
at the price this was a blessing because I was looking for a bed and this was way cheaper than buying a full/on couch because I dont have space for a full/on bed, I piled like three or four blankets and covered it with a bed sheet like a fitted bed sheet on top and it works pretty well as a bed the only thing I dont like is the direction of the zipper of the legs in the back, I had to sew the holes shut because my cats would get in and climb and tear the couch because the zipper wouldnt close if the leg was out and Im trying to sleep
buying a new couch was nearly impossible! We ordered this couch on a whim and it was here in 3 days. Easy to assemble and super stylish. It is very firm memory foam so when you sit it takes a while to soften. I would say this couch is best for a space where you want to make a statement and maybe not hang out all of the time. I dont mind the firmness and we are definitely keeping the couch! We havent tried sleeping on it, but I agree that a foam topper is probably a must.
