Im happy with this couch/ My only real complaint is that the back of the couch, which in the 360 view is pink like the front, is in actuality black, unfortunately. I, luckily, had a blanket just the right size to cover the back, but I was quite disappointed in the false representation.
Other than that its ts true to the color and size listed above. The seats are pretty firm but I dont mind that personally. The instructions were straightforward and it was easy to put together. it took about 30/45 minutes to do and I was able to do 95 of it alone.

if you have friends coming over and dont want them sitting on your bed. The color even more aming. What surprised me was how sturdy because it does its job. Used it for our living room it was small which gave our living room more space.
Since this is the first futon we have purchased I have no basis for comparison. We have had it only a week, but for our purposes (extra play/guest room) it is very satisfactory. The customer service was outstanding.
I am 59 yrs old and I set up myselftook me like 45 min. It came in 2 big boxesI first got 1 and the 2nd box came next daythey were not heavy it looks nice but its kinda short and not that comfortable to sleep on, its ok to sit

The sofa is a little hard and the back is low but otherwise then that the rest is fine.
Perfect if youre only going to seat for 10 minutes!
Looks good but its not comfortable at all. Worth the price if youre not looking to spend a long period of time seating in the couch.
Remember the arm rest is inside the couch
