This was very hard to put together. The holes did not line up perfectly (I even measured to check) and it went together slightly crooked. Poor quality control
The product was good, and was delivered on time, but the negative part is that the screws for one of the two stools were not sent, still working hard on finding the right screws in stores to be able to assemble it
I am so excited about these barstools! I looked for a few weeks before I stumbled upon these, and they are perfect! I ordered 2 to make sure I would like them, when I went to order more they were out of stock. I sent the seller and email and they responded immediately saying they had an emergency set that they would sell me right away! Awesome customer service and high quality products! I havent found anything this nice for such a good price elsewhere.
2nd update: the seller reached out and sent me two more backs! They pointed out that they changed their manufacturing process on them so they look a little bit different. The original ones I got had the seams down the back, the second ones were flat, and now the 3rd set that the seller sent have the seams down the back. But they also have a seam that runs along the top of the back cushion and the backs arent as plush on the side that attaches to the poles. I doubt most people will even notice, honestly.
update: the seller reached out and is going to send me new backrests so my chairs all match! Once I receive them, Ill increase my rating
Original: I bought one set of these a little over a month ago and I really liked them, so I ordered two more. I just assembled the new ones and they have different backs! The older ones have the tufting/channeling and the new ones have smooth backs. I like the ones with the channeling WAY better. So incredibly irritating. Ive reached out to the seller, so if I hear back from them, Ill be sure to write an update.
The product is very cheap material, not sturdy at all , As soon as I saw it wanted to return but you have to pay for shipping in order to return it which is not reasonable and a headache, aside from the quality the chairs are supposed to be counter high but it is very short. So just wasted my money , the color of the chairs dose not match with the back rest arms red gold and gold two different color, got 4 of these chairs and almost 4 colors, not only that there is more, the screw holes are not aligned and theres bad screws with slipped threads look at the pictures haha very bad product, help yourself and stay away if you read reviews before ordering

I love these barstools, shipping was delayed by 3 days but they arrived. The quality is really nice, true to color and comfortable. Very easy to assemble I have no complaints at all. Your able to rock ever so slightly when leaning back so that's nice. But I 10/10 on my purchase. Love them.
