    Quality construction.

I wanted a computer chair and was attracted to the roller blade wheels that seemed more durable than the plastic casters on cheaper chairs. The chair was easy to assemble although it took me longer than the 20 minutes others mentioned. The quality of construction is excellent. It rolls and rotates easily and silently. In the past I've had lower back issues, but the chair's adjustable lumbar support is both soothing and supportive. Other reviewers said the seat was as hard as a rock. It is quite firm, but my wife (who weighs half of what I do) and I both find it comfortable even after hours sitting at the computer. The headrest seems somewhat superfluous because even though you can rock a little in the chair, it does not recline. We're very happy with our purchase and expect it to last a longtime.

    Best chair

I have gone through many computer chairs over the years. The wheels always get broken when they get caught while you are trying to roll the chair. The cushioning also always compacts and becomes uncomfortable. Or the cheap material makes you sweat after sitting in it for a while. This chair's wheels don't get caught when you roll your chair. The cushioning is firm and supportive. The back is breathable and ergonomically designed. I have a lower back issue where most chairs cause a lot of pain but this chair is supportive in all the right areas. I can sit in it for hours without feeling any discomfort. Often I stay up so late at my computer that I fall asleep in this chair because it feels so comfortable and relaxing. I used to get up from my desk due to back pain long before I was ready to quit whatever task I was working on at my desk. I would buy myself a second one to use at work if I wasn't so sure it would be stolen by coworkers.

Would be perfect with a thicker cushion

Everything is good but the chair would be perfect with a thicker cushion.

    Nice Chair

Pro: 1. Very easy to assemble, it took me 40 minutes to assemble the entire chair. 2. Surface breathable design material will be super comfortable in the summer time. 3. I like its adjustable function from neck、lower back to the height. 4. Good quality for the price. Con: 1. Chair wheel is an old design. Moving is not quite flexible.

    Nice wheels. Lumbar too low.

Lumbar support is too low. I have to use a pillow to stay comfortable.

Like a rock! (In a good way)

This chair is very, very firm. Assembly was about the same as any other assembly-required desk chair. The seat has padding, but it's very firm and supportive - you don't sink into it. The mesh back is also very supportive. If you need a soft chair in which you can fall asleep, this is not the chair for you. I'm 6'2 and currently weigh about 270 lbs and the chair supports me ok though probably just barely so. I deducted one star because the headrest, though easily adjustable, is very wobbly. It's basically on a wide, flat plastic stick that is pinned to the chair via a plate that you attach with allen bolts. I have no concern that it's going to break or fall off, but it wobbles quite a bit, side to side, somewhat like an upside down pendulum. The total range of wobble is probably less than half an inch, but it's still quite noticeable. I've actually gotten used to it and don't mind at all, but feel it's important to let others know. A couple other items of note - it is barely tall enough for me - wouldn't recommend it for people over 6' 3 or so. The lumbar support does not adjust up and down, only in or out via a knob on the back of the chair. Overall, a very firm, not at all squishy, chair that supports a tall, heavy man.

Awesome and well priced task chair for productivity

I paid $200 for this chair and I am definitely happy with the purchase. The chair's seat pad is very comfortable and well padded, and my bum doesn't get sore from sitting too long (which was a problem with my previous chair that this is replacing). There are plenty of adjustments on this chair which is great too, you can easily adjust it to fit you perfectly. It's very easy to operate too. Assembly was really easy, it took about 20 minutes in total. This is one of the easiest chairs that I have had to put together. My one minor complaint would be that the headrest wobbles because of the base it sits in. The plastic rod that the headrest is affixed to slides into the piece that's screwed into the back of the chair, and there is too much space between those pieces so it moves a bit when you rest your head back. Unfortunately the user can't tighten or adjust this part so they are stuck with it being wobbly. I would rate it 4.5 stars, but only allows ratings represented in whole stars.

    Very comfortable.

Arrived quickly, was easy to assemble and works well for an 8 hour day at my desk.

    Very nice

Assembly was painless until it came time to put the chair seat on the gas lift. It was kind of heavy for this girl to maneuver and try to see where the hell I was going. Two people would've been much easier just for that. My only complaint is that the lowest setting is just about 2 inches too high. Otherwise a very nice chair that I would purchase again.

A heavy duty chair, which is exactly what I needed.

I've broken every desk chair I've ever had. They are always built for the average-sized person and that isn't me -- I'm taller and heavier. I put extra wear and tear on them. This one is more rugged. I feel comfortable in this chair. It is easy to assemble, though it is bulky. It is helpful to have an assistant. The chair isn't on regular casters, the wheels are almost like those on in-line skates. They don't roll terribly well on carpet. The chair can be raised or lowered, as can the arms and the headrest.
