The product came with no instructions on how to put the bed together. Trying to find instructions online to match up to this bed was hard. There was no number to call for assistance. We found a similar diagram of another bed and followed that. Guess that is why they offer the additional charge for assembly.
It took about two hours to build comes with wall brackets I found was helpful then the boys cant move the bunk bed the white frame looks great with their Minecraft creeper sheet set the boys love it Best deal for a very nice
First Ill say its solid wood and customer service was good but they orginaly sent me one wrong box out of 3 they replaced it and I had the correct box a week later . Assembly details are vague and the manufacturer forgot to drill so holes so I had to drill some holes and some holes were off so I had to slot other holes. but it is very cheap for how hard some of the wood is.

Sturdy
Very sturdy. Cannot separate into individual beds. This one was perfect

Super easy to put together. However unless mounted to the wall the bed shakes a good amount Very sturdy and durable
Love but watch out for splinters
The only dislike is the wood slated to support the mattresses are raw wood huge splinter risk especially with little kids
