It was easy to put together once I got going some of the part wasnt label but my girls love it .It took me about 4 hours to complete... Definitely a great buy!
Product is solid, was missing 2 screws, reached out to customer service for some assistance. They asked for a boatload of info just to confirm the order just to tell me they didnt have any extra screws they could send me and to go look for some myself. Great product, terrible customer service. Buy it! What are you waiting for?
Great bed! It took both me and my husband to put it together but we thought the instructions were pretty easy to follow and our boys love it!! We might add an extra board under the top bunk but it seems really sturdy without one. Amazing product and worth the price
We needed to get a bunk bed for our two sons and this one seemed perfect. Its all made from wood and has that woody smell. I usually dont like things that have strong odors, but this wasnt so bad. Its already been a few weeks since I put it together and I cant smell anything anymore.
Putting it together wasnt that hard and I was able to do it by myself in a few hours. However, I am a fairly handy person. The instructions were really clear so I think that anybody should be able to follow it.
The bed is really sturdy and doesnt wobble and most important, my kids love it.
The only issues I had were with the roof. In order to get the roof panels equally spaced youll have to figure that out on your own. There are no indicators of where to place each panel and how far apart they should be from each other. That would have been nice.
The other issue I had with the roof panels is the paint. In the box they all came stuck together almost as if they were placed in the box before the paint had fully dried. So when I took them apart the paint would be removed from some of the panels in a patchy pattern as shown in the picture. This affected more than half of the panels, so when placing them onto the bed I just had to make sure they werent visible. It would have been nice if they were packed with a thin sheet of paper between them. I tried contacting customer service regarding this issue, but I have not heard back from them as of yet.
Overall Im very happy with the bed and would still recommend it despite the issues I just described. I also wish I would have heard something from customer service even if it was just to acknowledge the issue. Looks nice happy with the purchase

The bed came in two boxes. It took me, with the help of my 6-year old, about 5 hours to put together. I only need my husband to lift the assembled roof section. I didnt use the bed slats for the bottom bunk, but I added those to the top to make it more sturdy. I used a 12-inch mattress on the bottom, 8-inch on the top. The 12-inch is a little thick, but we already had it from a previous bed. Decent quality. Overall great bed for the price. Amazing, really love it
