Box was heavily damaged when received screws where missing. Called the manufacture and they sent us additional screws and was great to work with to resolve the missing hardware issues. We put together the bed easily, great instructions. Weve had the bed for several months now and everything seems to be holding up well. Customer support from this company was exceptional.
This bed is so much better quality than you think its going to be. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. My ONLY complaint is that the gold accents are NOT as pictured. The gold is flat and looks more brown than anything. If you can get past that; the bed is worth every single penny. Quick shipping! My little girl wanted a loft/bunk bed. But I was afraid of her falling off and being way too high. This one is the perfect height. Easy for me tuck her into bed. It doesnt wobble like other taller loft beds either. The color is nice even though the gold railing is more darker gold but that doesnt bother me. It looks great, came separate days but was worth the wait!
I was able to put together almost completely by myself. I ended up painting the gold portion a silver to match the room. It can be a little squeaky with movement. The bed is sturdy! My kids (5,4,4) love climbing on around it. I put a queen under it (perpendicular to the loft bed) and it fits great. Overall an awesome purchase. Looking forward to my 5 year old using this for years to come. Looks gorgeous and easy to assemble.
The bed came in one very large and heavy box but everything was well packaged. Bed was not hard to assemble with 2 people. Its very sturdy and beautiful. My daughters room is so much bigger now..we love it. Good quality, looks fantastic
My husband assembled the bed and he did require help to put it together and get up. The bed is definitely sturdy and feels pretty heavy! I do love that it is metal (so much sturdier than ) but has the look of ! Our daughter loves that she can stand underneath it (she is 10) and now has more space in her room. Simple, unique and elegant

Great for my growing little girl.
