Ceilings dont get much lower than mine. Plenty of room for my 10 year old to sit up. My husband in the pic is 6ft.

My daughter absolutely loves her new bed. She has a very small room but with this, she has so much room to play in her cool girl cave. Since replacing her normal full size bed with this one and moving the dresser, we can now open her dresser drawers fully and still have space to stand. We will definitely still use this bed for her when we move her into a bigger room because she loves it so much. We havent had any issues at all! Good price.
This bed is very unsteady. It wobbles constantly every time you move. I bought this for my daughter who is 7 and she has nightmares thinking there is an earthquake, because the bed shakes every time she moves. Im considering anchoring it to the wall somehow.
My 12 year old daughter is very happy with this loft bed! It looks great in her room and gives her a lot more space to hang out.
As other reviews stated, DO buy the washers they made the bed very sturdy! Nice size.
