With use the velcro wont strap anymore, I have it 2 months and everyday the goes down to the floor, and its true that the slide hurts the kids when they get to the end. I am looking for a big pillow so it dont hurt my son. Those are for me the only cons.
It came damaged but needed a bed so glued it and screwed it to work. We were not taking it apart for the CO. to send use new parts, its like disassemble to put it all back together again. Paid full price for a damaged bed but they asked me to do too much in order to help me. Not worth my time!!!!!! More sturdy than expected.
Love the idea a loft bed opening up more room to remove my sons toys from the crowded room to his room. Im a single mother so I do everything myself. Although the materials were packaged well, it was SUPER heavy. I actually feel bad for the guy who had to deliver it to me.
The instructions were easy to follow. Some of the holes were off so I had to force some of the screws into the wood to make new holes. The bolts that connect the side panels will stretch the holes they sit in due to the poor wood quality so I couldnt tighten the screws any tighter without really messing up the integrity of the bed.
The slates arent the best. I would have preferred to be able to use the ikea slates I got for my sons old bed but there was no way to secure the slates to the bed leaving it very unsafe so I had no choice but to use what it came with until I can figure out an alternative.
So overall its good for the price I paid but not ideal. Itll do for now until ikea makes a full size loft. Overpriced.
Great value for the money spent I have a teenager and worked well for almost adult it took my father in law about 6 hours to assemble with some help from me to get the head/foot attached. Very well made very sturdy highly recommend Space saver.
Decent bed, materials are a bit cheap but what one would expect for the price. Bed is a bit wobbly but holding up well for my 8yo daughter. Wouldnt get this for an adult sized person. Can be assembled by one person but not easily. Product was damaged on shipping and got very little help from seller had to improvise on a few pieces. Overall a decent product for the price. Its ok but smaller than expected.

It is not easy to assemble. You make sure to compare the room and bed size before you buy. much smaller than pictured.
