This chair is gorgeous! The teal is a deep vibrant jewel tone. The velvet is a very low nap, almost like a suede microfiber.
It is extremely comfortable, if you like a slightly firmer, supportive chair. The armrests are a nice height, the seat has a nice depth and shape, and the back is well-shaped and supports my back well.
I was expecting it to arrive sometime next week, so imagine my surprise when I got a notification that it was out for delivery today, Sunday. That is the first good thing - I got it much sooner than anticipated.
The box didnt seem big or heavy enough for a whole chair. It was easy for me, an old lady, to get into the house.
The chair came in two pieces plus the legs. The upholstered pieces were in protective bags made of a cloth-like material similar to reusable shop towels. The chair itself fastens together with two bolts, but seems very solid and sturdy. The legs are wood, not metal, and also fasten on with bolts. The whole thing went together extremely easily, and I was able to assemble it without help, another big plus.
I highly recommend it, and would definitely purchase again.
The chairs arrived incredibly fast (way before the estimated delivery). One arm rail was damaged. We also just found the chairs to not be quite to our satisfaction. There were some blemishes and uneven staining on the wood. We also found that the bottom cushion does not line up with the cross brace, making it impossible to screw together. I don't know that it's super necessary that these pieces screw together, but all in all we just decided to return the chairs. The customer service was incredible! They responded VERY quickly and were willing to send us new pieces if we wished or refund our money. Even though it didn't turn out like we originally planned, we were extremely impressed with the quality of customer service! If you choose to purchase from this seller and have an issue, you will be extremely pleased with the level of care you receive!
Bought this chair and loved the design and the way it looked. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. However, I did run into an issue with the part and the seller was amazing in terms of the support that was provided.
They sent me a new part very quickly.
The chair is now perfectly assembled and looks sturdy. Love the way it looks and feels.
PS: In case you are having trouble with the cross bar, make sure you are using the right screws. The two screws that go into it are taller than the other ones.
This is a nice grey modern chair. I like the overall design of the chair however the fabric and materials fall short from high-quality. For the price of this single chair I would have expected better. The height is a little shorter than what I expected it to be. This black (not brown) lounge chair is really comfortable, sturdy, and ergonomic for my chronic back pain. It offers great support with some cushioning, and it's my favorite seat to read in. Hard cushion with not much give, but overall a wide and sturdy chair. Great for waiting room!!
I ordered one and now I plan to order more. It s sturdy and very wide - the cushion is not very cumfy but it's great for a waiting room area.
