I received this with a damaged corner. It can be hidden but kind of bummed me out seeing as this wasnt cheap. Other than that, its a beautiful entryway table.

I can not out the table completely together. It was supposed to come with 16 bolts but only cam with 12. I can not assemble the last shelf due to missing bolts. How do I contact the manufacturer.
