Do not purchase/waste your money on the product assembly. The product comes already assembled. The only thing you have to do I take it out of the giant box it comes in. Overall this was a great purchase, everything is exactly how it was supposed to be and it looks great in my entryway. The cubby holes were a bit dirty but you can just vacuum up the debris. Very happy with my purchase!! Good product for its value

We bought two of these benches when we remodeled my daughters camper into a glamper. The quality is excellent they provided extra storage and we love the gray color. Couldnt be happier. Highly recommend. Plus it was so great that they came already assembled. I was so excited to use it
Super happy with this bench/shoe holder! I put two side by side in our mud room and they are so convenient and have made our mud room actually look organized! Its a good product
I was so excited to find this bench that was the perfect size to fit the space I have in my entryway. However, when the item arrived it was in terrible condition. There were cracks and chips in the wood, the item was covered in dust and debris, and it looked like the baskets had mold in them. The outer box was in good shape, but the bench itself was not. Such a disappointment It looks like the bench could have been what I needed, but next time I will order from somewhere else.
Might give the actual bench a 3 or 4, but gave it a 2 because it arrived filthy like it had been sitting outside of the box in a warehouse for a number of years. If it doesnt clean up easily will send back.Do NOT recommend.
Everytime I move it, something else breaks. The price looks nice but is cheap and wont hold up. Broke the first week but I had already thrown the box out. I dont ever leave reviews but I am unhappy I spent 200 for this crap, Terrible quality

Hard to assemble
I had to use Gorilla Glue to keep it together. The hardware they supply you with doesnt even work.Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
