Love the bed, hate bumping our legs on it AND 1 piece is broken.

First of all, they sent the wrong size bed and we didnt realize it until itd already been assembled. It took a while on the phone with customer care to get everything cleared up, but they did make it right. The correct bed was sent; however, the box was terribly damaged and one of the wooden pieces to the headboard is cracked. Makes me so upset!!! With that set aside, all in all this little bed (our daughters 1st big girl bed) is precious! She loves it!! Drawback: Were all continuously bumping our feet, ankles, knees, and shins on the frame. The beds made of metal and it hurts!! Without fail, we always bump something every day. I wish it came with some sort of soft bumper to go around the perimeter of the bed and the legs of the bed. Overall: Great value, sturdy, adorable, and has plenty of room for storage baskets underneath it. Ill try to upload pictures soon.

Poorly designed assembly and bad hardware

Im a pretty handy guy who can assemble just about anything. This took me close to two hours, mainly due to misaligned holes and improperly sized hardware. The threaded ends of some of the rods were welded crooked so that the bolts would not line up and bite. Also, the bolts for both the headboard and footboard were too long for the pieces they screw into. I needed to use some of my washers from my shop to space them enough so they would fully tighten. Without doing this, the whole thing was wobbly. Additionally, the fake wood pieces for the headboards were all cracked where the threaded bits were manufactured into them. These cracks were on the back, so i just let it slide and put it together. This wasnt something damaged in shipping. It happened because when they were manufactured, the threaded recesses were inserted with too much force, causing the cracks. All in all, not satisfied with this bed. Its assembled now, so what can i do about it really. Ill live with it. But, considering the time spent, it really wasnt worth the money.

Nice looking bed, missing hardware and unable to contact seller.

We purchased two of these beds in two different colors. They shipped at different dates, but close enough. We received the white one first. My husband assembled it and everything went smoothly until he was on the rubber caps for the bed rails. The caps are very snug and a hanmer or mallet was needed, some were almost too snug. We were happy with the end result though, bed is stury and looks nice. If your purchasinh for little kids, the end of the bed has pointy corners and you might want to consider putting on corner protectors. The second bed we received, the black one, was missing all hardware. We needed the bed asap and because we had the white bed we were able to purchase the hardware at a store, but it was not cheap and not the exact hardware but it worked. It cost more that half of what the actual bed cost. We were able to get all parts but the rails caps. The bed is noisy and the rails.move around. I have attempted contact the manufacturer/seller. The directions books says to call a number for any missing parts. No answer. refund/replace option suggest contact manufacturer and provided a number. Not a working number. Website has a spot for contact us. No response. Website has an email. I emailed a few hours ago. Being generous, theu havent responded yet but I will be surprised. I would love to come back and update this post when and if they contact me. We love the beds, but if anything is missing you might be SOL.

    Worth the effort of building

Exactly what I was looking for Pros: -very sturdy -excellent instructions -extra hardware included Cons: -lots of pieces, take your time building -one photo in instruction manual is too dark to read -I wish there was more room under it for storage Overall an excellent product for the price. Even though I think bedframes are ridiculously expensive considering their simple materials and purpose. We purchased this to replace a $79 one we had purchased on that had bent overtime. The added channels and support in the center of this one seemed like it would help this one hold up longer.
