I purchased this bed frame back in 2016. Finding a suitable bed frame for a latex mattress proved difficult. This one was one of the only affordable ones I could find. Its pretty nice looking in person, although some areas have begun to look faded. I was very happy with the customer service I received from the company as well. Many slats kept breaking in the frame initially. My husband and I are not heavy, and we werent jumping on the bed or anything like that. The company sent replacements.
IIve slept on this new bed frame for two nights now and im a little scared its gonna just fall apart.. it hasnt yet so im pretty happy.
i love the almond finish. it smells great and looks beautiful. I bought mine from eluxury and everything was perfect including the box it was not completely torn to the point where the product is showing.
UPDATE
It got squeaky maybe around two weeks ago. I contacted the company and customer service is excellent.... they told me to add wd40 to the metal pieces of the frame which i did but it was still squeaking and creaking because there are gaps between the frame and the slats arent drilled in. I didnt want to go through the process of getting a replacement because i through away originql box...so i bought felt strips to fill in the gaps and now im waiting to see if this will be a permanent fix or if i will have to send it back... great customer service and the frame looks great but unfortunately the craftsmanship is just alrighttt... i am dissapointed i thought this was going to be higher quality and that it wasnt gonna squeak and creak...

I was sent some replacement slats (6 I think) a month into owning this bed and after using the bed for 9 months weve gone through all 6. The slats are plywood and break easily. Im 115 lbs and my husband is 180 lbs. We are so careful getting in and out of the bed but if you put all your weight in one spot they snap.
Please let me know how I can get some more replacement slats and if theyre available in hardwood not plywood?

Love love love this gorgeous bed! Easy to put together, gorgeous, real wood, and even a hand written thank you note! We love the look and that its A. The only reason Im taking a star away is because it arrived with a little damaged section on one of the visible sides of a main board. Ill post a picture soon. I would still buy again!
Also just a note- we are using this frame with a memory foam mattress and the slats are about 5-6 apart so, as another reviewer suggested, we laid some clean cardboard across the top of the slats and that works beautifully!
Easy to set up, looks nice Assembly was not as easy as I had hoped with no hardware needed. Probably would have been easier if two people were assembling. Once the frame was assembled the rest was simple. Very happy with the look, have been sleeping on it for a month and no issues yet.
This bed is just OK. We were looking for a simple platform bed and this fulfills that. Assembly was quick and simple. The price was also favorable. However, 2 slats were broken within the first couple weeks and you couldnt move without it creaking. The company sent us replacement boards and recommended WD-40 to get rid of the creaking. That worked and now it is fine. I was very concerned about breaking more slats (keep in mind we arent overly heavy, about 180 and 150 lbs) and company said they would send them whenever needed. As long as youre willing to deal with that hassle, this bed is fine. Weve broken 3 total boards so far. It may be worth buying and cutting to length a stronger wood to replace all the slats.
Good construction but there are some traces of what I think is glue residue, but Ive been able to scrape those off with my fingernail. Im using this with an innerspring mattress (no box spring) and had some concerns about doing so because the slats are fairly far apart, but that doesnt seem to be detrimental. I have read that some mattresses manufacturers recommend that the slats be closer together, but as I said, we have not had a problem in that regard. Shipping was on time so no problem with that. I do think its a little pricey for what it is, but I was able to get the pine to go with my other bedroom furniture so Im happy about that.
I love the platform. Its take few minutes to install no tool needed. The post office was reluctant to deliver because my route lady couldnt pick it up and they want me to pick. After a call to the post office manager my package was delivered the next day.

Disappointed. Arrived damaged with several dents in the wood. Disappointed.
