We had an issue with first shipment. A couple of pieces were broken. It was super easy to resolve. They asked to identify parts that were damaged and replacement parts were shipped very quickly.

I am thoroughly impressed with this unit and manufacturer. Im always a little leery of furniture you put together yourself, but there are no concerns with this! Honestly, from the moment I opened the box and saw how well packaged and protected everything was, I knew this would be good. Overall, the instructions were about 99% clear. The unit was very easy to put together and hang. I did have a slight problem with the French cleat as my wall is slightly bowed exactly where one or two of the five cleats needed to attach, but I offset the unit, attached it, and then slid it into place (centered) and it was fine. I do wish there was a second door, but it appears you can purchase that separately from the manufacturer. Also, this was a little bigger than I pictured, so make sure you have the space. I would highly recommend this unit and the manufacturer!
Very stylish and great quality! Really happy with the product. Wish it came with 2 doors. One less star because I contacted company about a mi or issue and received no response. Otherwise solid and modern product.
I really liked this item except after my husband put the whole thing together AND hung it up I noticed a dent right in the center of it. Which normally I would return but it took a while and was not easy to assemble. Sort of disappointed but keeping it because I for sure dont want to disassemble it and send it back.hope this view will help you ,and imporve the packing,please!!!!!
Looks good. Used a full extra screw in drywall anchors since only 3 studs lined up with the brackets. The directions say not to set a tv on top of it which would have been good to know prior to purchase. Although it can hold 100lbs on top shelf and 50 lbs on bottom shelf. The top shelf came cracked about halfway down the middle. I assembled anyway hoping since its supported by 4 dividers it will be ok. Assembly was mostly easy but there are no verbal instructions. Oay special attention to each piece number and its location.
