The boxes arrived in less than desirable conditions, but that is not to take away from the product. All items were labeled well and it was straight forward to follow the instructions. Laying everything out and having all tools needed made putting it together easier. It took about an hour and half and two adults, with minor kid interruptions. We didnt put the trundle together but likes the design that the lower bunk is off the ground. you really do get what you pay for.

casually told us they sold too many and couldnt fulfill the order, so we should pack it up for pickup/ return). I dont order much stuff online, but I thought we would give this a shot. Everything arrived nicely and even my 7/y.o. daughter could follow most of the instructions. We are possibly missing 1 screw, but could have just been misplaced. It did take many hours, as the directions advised against using power tools. I am considering putting some kind of reinforcement at the end areas of the upper bunks slats, as I just get scared of someones foot slipping through at the end of a mattress ( I still have to buy mattresses, so this may not be an issue at all). All in all, we are very happy with the bed and the whole process. Nice looking.
Terrible instructions. Only pictures and very unclear. Once assembly was completed, we loved the finished product! Looks the way its advertised. fits perfect in my home
We ordered this bed, which is awesome BTW, back in August. Then, we moved and the hardware went missing! I contacted the seller and asked to purchase new hardware. Not only did they quickly respond, but they sent out the hardware the next day free of charge!
If you are shopping for the best quality at the lowest cost, look no further knowing you are going to get a great piece of furniture from an extremely kind and trustworthy seller! Its pretty aming
These are nice bunkbeds, however the slats that come with it are full of splinters. I will have to cover them with something as you know boys are likely to touch them. That was a problem!!
It was super easy to put together and its super sturdy which is great for our young children. And we love that the top of the top bunk is only armpit level to us so we can get to the child on the top without having to climb the stairs. It looks pretty good.

Looks just like the picture. However, the bed is a little flimsy. Needs improvement in quality.

We love this bed for our kids
