However, it did take a week to arrive (even with prime) and was missing several parts, specifically half the slats needed to place the bottom mattress on the frame. Reached out to the company and had to file a claim. Customer service said it will take another 10 days before the replacement parts should arrive. Where after waiting for a week for the product, already rearranging furniture and moving beds to make room for this is a super inconvenience. If parts are missing it shouldnt take another 10 days before the replacements are received when it is on the company. Great storage option.
Good bed. I love that it is short enough that making it and washing sheets isnt as bad as normal bunk beds. I thought that this bed would eliminate the issue of kids pushing stuff under the bed but the frame is just high enough that clutter still gets under the bed. The big design issue is that the bottom bunk has no head or footboard so the pillows and stuffies are constantly falling off. If you dont put the bed directly against a wall its pretty much worthless. Not as easy as people say.

It comes with many pieces but each one is correctly identified, you just have to be patient when following the step/by/step instructions. I would buy it again. Amazing!!!
We bought this for my sons room I love that the bottom bunk is low so we dont have to worry about him falling out of bed. The height of the top bunk is great its super easy to change the sheets and make beds. My Nephew likes it,

The sleek, simple design is sturdy and attractive. Very quiet for furniture due to clever connections and plastic stabilizers.
Bottom bunk is only 2 in. above floor so I placed 6 risers under legs.
Follow instructions carefully or spend a lot of time un/doing and re/doing. your work.

EXCEPT: The ladder! Narrow, square tubing hurts the feet. We wrapped the rungs with pool noodles. It barely helps. Ideas welcome! My son loves it!
It was fairly simple to set up. Lots of little slats to tap in. Make sure you start on one end for top and bottom and work your way to the other end concurrently. My only complaint is that it sits extremely low to the ground. So the bottom bunk is practically on the floor. Otherwise, it is a beautiful bunk bed for elementary school age kids. Good Product.
We redecorated my 6/year old daughters bedroom for her birthday and purchased this bed. It was easy to put together and sturdy. Great purchase. Perfect.
It is really a good bed for the value. It was purchased as a temporary solution for 2 tall teenagers. It is used for a month and so far all is good. Easy set up.

Good but would be better if bottom bunk had a head/foot board

Pretty squeaky and wobbles
My child is 4 and about 50 pounds this squeaks and shakes while he climbs up I am nervous about the sturdiness of the bed I loved it.
