As a trampoline alumni (meaning Ive been jumping on one since i was 5.....so 36 years now) I can appreciate the product. If you have a small yard like mine, then this is the best option for you. The durability and sturdiness is almost too good (if that is a thing.) I personally enjoy a mat that has a little more give so it gives you more bounce. Because i bought this for my toddler, i dont think that was the companys goal in design (so not a bad thing.) It does allow for the kiddos to enjoy the trampoline without getting insane air due to the size. I am also a super fan of the pink highlights because my daughter really enjoys her pink. Set up was amazingly easy (gentlemen......read the instructions.....even though it is simply.....we can make anything difficult!!)
This is by far the best company to buy product from. The trampoline is good and easy to understand and assemble. Takes around 3 hours for the first timer but pretty straight forward. One thing I could have done better was put the cushion pool noodles before I started to put the assemble the net. The reason I am writing this review today is because of their customer service. After I registered the product I was assigned a quality control rep who I could ask any question and help with the warranty. We had a damage due to high wind and I contacted the rep, she sent the replacement parts well packing with in a week, without a single question. I want to give them more than 5 start if it was available, this is the customer quality and satisfaction al the products should provide..
My kids were happy with the size and the look of it. They first made a comment that it was not very bouncy, but when I contacted the company I was told that it is normal in the beginning to be like this, and the more they jump on it the more elastic and bouncy it is going to be.
I bought this as a surprise for my kids they are in love with it bigger than I expected which is also great so happy with it. I had someone to assemble and it did not take long maybe an hour if that.
This trampoline looks nice and seems sturdy. We like the how the bottom braces curve outward. Were going to put sandbags on them in case of windy weather during Fall.
It would be easier to install with more complete instructions or a step-by-step video from the manufacturer. The ones we watched online left out key steps. Also, we had to drill additional holes because the existing ones didnt line up. A little inconvenient, but not a deal breaker.
Would have been 5 stars were it not for this issue. All in all, we love it so far!

Installing the nets over the foam wrapped poles require some effort. Itd be better if the foam pole wrap get a smoother coating - which can make the job a lot easier ...

But the customer service is even better. Our trampoline arrived with damaged packaging and missing springs that must have fallen out.
The company was super quick and helpful to respond, sending replacements right away.

I ordered the 10 foot for my 6 and 8 year old boys. They love it. Its sturdy and very good quality.

Easy to Assemble

The trampoline is great! Very sturdy. A few items were missing, but getting them replaced through the company was easy. Overall the kids love to jump!
