Happy to have received the item today 4/21/21. Kids are happy. We chose Serene life trampoline cause of the rating, sturdiness durability. So far holding up to it.
1 pole was bent in, so had to use another tool in order to join the poles.
One of the foam protector was torn. Dont wish to send back due live on island would be time consuming.
For the price, did not expect any damage
